Product Details

The GMF25 series CNC gantry mill is purpose-built for "long workpieces." It boasts a table width of 2 meters and comes in four length specifications-3, 4, 5, and 6 meters-with a maximum load capacity of up to 26 tons.

While standard gantry machines struggle to handle long, heavy components like excavator booms or wind turbine bases, this machine manages them with ease and stability.

We have equipped it with high-precision, large-diameter THK ball screws featuring preload treatment; this ensures excellent control over backlash, even when the table is fully extended.

The Z-axis comes standard with four linear guideways. Additionally, depending on your specific cutting requirements, you can choose between a 400×400 mm square ram or a T-shaped ram to accommodate various tools and cutting methods.

Choice of control systems:

Supports Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Syntec. This means your experienced operators won't need to learn a new system-they can get straight to work upon delivery.

Practical full-enclosure design:

The machine features a fully enclosed sheet-metal guard, giving it a professional appearance. More importantly, maintenance access points for ball screws and guideways are conveniently located, eliminating the need for major disassembly during routine upkeep.
