Building upon the 33 series, the GMF38 series large gantry CNC machines extends the gantry width to 3.8 meters (with a 3-meter table width), enabling the machining of wider workpieces. It retains a 35-ton load capacity, and the machine's structural rigidity has been optimized via finite element analysis to withstand high-torque cutting operations. To ensure ease of maintenance for such a massive machine, we utilize a highly practical semi-enclosed guarding design; this does not interfere with workpiece loading and clamping, yet makes daily chip removal and guideway maintenance convenient-avoiding the headache of clearing internal blockages often associated with fully enclosed gantry designs.
