Overall Layout Of CNC Vertical Milling And Boring Machine

The CNC vertical milling and boring machine features a rational layout, compact structure, and high rigidity. The main drive utilizes a Siemens AC spindle motor with two-stage speed change to increase the spindle speed range, providing high torque at low speeds. Imported high-precision angular contact ball bearings are used for the spindle bearings, and a constant-temperature cooling circulation device is installed in the bearing section.

The coordinate axes employ Siemens AC servo motors, driven by ball screws via flexible couplings to achieve backlash-free feed transmission. The machine tool guideways use steel-inlaid, hardened, and plastic-coated guideway pairs, offering good wear resistance, low friction coefficient, smooth movement, and no crawling at low speeds.

The CNC system uses the German Siemens 840D system, equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC), featuring human-machine interface, graphical display, self-diagnostic functions, and intuitive and convenient monitoring and maintenance.
